King’s Church hosted another VIP event for Women who are homeless in February 2010. The guests were given VIP treatment with the red carpet being rolled out and a drinks reception on arrival. A beautiful course meal followed with live music from members of the church to accompany. People gave testimony at the evening about how their lives have been transformed and restored by Jesus Christ after coming along to the church through previous VIP events. After the meal, the clothes and pamper room were open for Women to have their hair and nails done and to take some free clothes that had been donated by members of King’s Church. Each guest also received a toiletries gift bag. It was an amazing evening and plans are already being made for the next event.
